Pronto Progress supports Reporting Services (SSRS)
SQL Server 2016 and Other VersionsPronto will create, deploy, and manage reports for your organization with the range of ready-to-use tools and services that SQL Server Reporting Services provides.Reports can be mobile, interactive, tabular, and graphical. This includes a variety of data, including relational, multidimensional, and XML-based data sources. Pronto Progress can create reports which include rich data visualizations, including charts, maps, sparklines, and KPIs.
Pronto Progress technicians will design Reporting Services reports within the Microsoft Visual Studio environment, fully integrated with SQL Server tools and components. We can use Reporting Services reports in the standalone Report Builder app or Reporting Services mobile reports in the Mobile Report Publisher.
SAP Crystal Reports is a robust production reporting tool which performs well on early versions of EPICOR. This includes E9, Vantage and Vista. SAP Crystal Reports turns almost any data source into interactive, actionable information. The data can be accessed offline or online, from applications, portals and mobile devices. Our experience with Crystal Reports at Pronto Progress extends to reports, charts and a near Business Intelligence experience. Because of EPICOR's move to a purely .NET stack, Pronto is experienced in moving previously written Crystal Reports to the E10 supported Microsoft® SSRS tool. (SQL Server Reporting Services)
Crystal and SSRS are the gold standard for deployed, pre-built ERP packages that Pronto Progress works with. This includes Navision, QAD, Epicor, SAP and INFOR. There are business people who insist on truly state of the art reporting which would require more native development skills. Pronto Progress uses the Telerik reporting tools for heroic speed, accuracy and deployability. This is a tightly integrated capability that fits the wide ranging demands of some of the most sophisticated customers. Telerik reporting tools enable Pronto to exploit multiple asymmetric data sources such as web services, RSS feeds, disconnected EXCEL files and so very much more, all in one reported dashboard.
Kendo UI is an HTML5 user interface framework for building interactive and high-performance websites and applications. The framework comes with a library of 70+ UI widgets, an abundance of data-visualization gadgets, client-side data source, and a built-in MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) library. Kendo UI provides AngularJS and Bootstrap integration.

Pronto Progress became a partner of Progress® Software Corporation and Ticker PRGS in 1990. Pronto Progress has maintained a deep understanding and appreciation of the utility, language, and the database of Progress®. Pronto works with ERPs such as (QAD, INFOR and EPICOR®). They all have their roots in the Progress 4th G/L language or still utilize the language although INFOR and EPICOR. Pronto Progress supports a multitude of other systems. This includes warehouse and distribution solutions from Apero. Legacy systems such as Syteline, Symix, Syman, Vantage and Vista are also supported. If you have it, Pronto will support it. We can work with h the technology stack you already have in place.
Pronto Progress developed a Yacht management system in 2010 for Bluewater in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This .NET cross platform was based on the Silverlight tools from Microsoft. Pronto Progress utilized robust controls from Telerik to make an appealing application that could work whether the yachtsman had web access. This relationship with Telerik has grown to include development for iOS and Android and Windows Mobile devices using a single code base to support multiple devices.
Progress® Microsoft® SQL, Microsoft® Access, Oracle, MySQL, are database technologies that Pronto Progress will support, install, tune, backup and restore. If you engage Pronto through our ESP process, we will monitor all databases to insure proper backups are being made. In the event of a recovery, Pronto will engage in the backup process. The process will ensure your database is restored to the last possible valid transaction. Health Checks will be routinely performed to ensure database integrity against any corruption. Pronto Progress will perform updates of database software, installation of patches, security patches, index rebuilds and stored procedure tuning under any engagement. Schema changes will be created or reviewed and applied.
