GROW YOUR CAREER WITH PRONTO PROGRESS

At Pronto Progress we invite passionate and driven individuals to apply. Make sure to check out our Project Garage tab to learn more about our training process.

Our hiring process is unique and helps differentiate the best candidates that align with our business' goals and mission. Pronto Progress often receives hundreds of applications. To help us find the best possible applicants we ask applicants to take a quiz, submit a short video, and take our database tests. Our quiz helps us understand the candidate's thought process and personality to cue us in whether they would fit our business culture, while the video gives us a better understanding of why you want to join our team and what drives you as an employee. After these preliminary steps we meet our candidates face to face, and hire.

Internship

A day in the life of our Intern Software Engineers…

Upon arriving at the office you’ll grab a cup of coffee with the fellow developers to fuel yourself for the busy day ahead. You’ll take a couple minutes, scope out the daily treats or snacks, always with the thought in mind that our clients really do send us the best snacks! Once you're locked, loaded and ready to go, you start by checking the status of your projects; Making sure that any changes that happened while you were gone or where you left off yesterday is in sync with what you’ll be accomplishing today. Your mentor is your main point of contact, and you ensure that this communication is kept constant throughout your day. You work on your projects and complete tasks as assigned. When doubts arise you immediately seek assistance from you mentor or your co-workers/team members, as you’ve learned from the saying “there is no such thing as a stupid question”. Later throughout the day you take your lunch break and use this time to refuel and refocus, giving you time for yourself as well as time to interact with your co-workers. You return to your pending tasks and prepare to inform your mentor of the day’s progress as well as any tasks that are still pending. The day ends and the cycle repeats itself, day by day, as you take on new challenges and develop new and existing skills. You are the driving force behind Pronto Progress.
